This project entailed the full repair and restoration of all internal areas, sympathetic to theoriginal period features. Specialist works to restore areas of the building holding particular cultural significance were employed as required with the buildings Listed status. M & E works included the repair and reinstatement of air conditioning systems throughout, various electrical / lighting works and boiler servicing with new pumps installed. New WC vanity units and cubicles were fitted, and timber sash windows overhauled across the properties, leaving fully operational. The properties were fully redecorated both internally and externally, before new carpet finishes being laid across all internal areas.
The key focus on this project was to undertake a high-end sympathetic restoration, uncovering lost period features, whilst modernising services to attract future tenants.
