A comprehensive refurbishment programme was undertaken to provide clean open space for incoming tenants. The central atrium was re-designed, styled and fitted out to create an exciting feature for the building’s occupiers. The common parts, WC’s and showers were also fully refurbished, further enhancing available facilities in the building.
A CAT-A fit out was undertaken on two office floors, providing new suspended ceilings, split level raised access floors inc. associated stainless steel balustrades. Surface finishes to all areas were fully redecorated.
Pacific House remained occupied throughout the construction phase programme. As a result, sectional completion of the common areas was employed, to ensure the occupiers quiet enjoyment of the building.
The on-site management team’s focus was at all times the health and safety of occupiers, ensuring minimal disruption across all work packages and areas of the building.
