Following a complete strip out of all services, internal walls, windows, floors and chimney breasts; an extensive structural support package was undertaken. Following completion of this, a complete refurbishment both internally and externally was executed. This included a full roof replacement, cast iron rain water system installation, re-rendering of elevations and new box sash windows. Internal works included opening up the basement area to create a self-contained living area complete with new insulated floor and bathroom facilities. Each floor was meticulously refurbished and redecorated to provide comfortable living accommodation to the ground floor, and bedrooms to the first and second floors. M& E works included the installation of a heating system, electrical and lighting systems throughout the property to comply with the client brief.
Although the building was unoccupied, the client maintained highly interactive throughout the build, in order to achieve the initial concept and vision for the project.
